Upstate Family Health Center offering Walk-Up COVID Vaccination Clinics

Upstate Family Health Center is offering Walk-Up COVID Vaccination Clinics at multiple locations throughout the Mohawk Valley.

Pfizer Vaccine 12 and over for Dose 1 and 2. Pfizer Booster (dose 3) for 16 and over. Moderna vaccine doses 1-3 (booster) for over 18. Pediatric Pfizer dose 1 & 2 in children 5+ will be offered. No appointment is necessary and there is no cost to be vaccinated. Please bring your current vaccination card, however if you’ve lost your card, you can still be vaccinated.

· The clinic is for children of the district and their immediate families only
