Our goal is to offer quality primary health care services to you and your family right in your community, eliminating the need to travel longer distances and/or the barrier of payment when accessing this care.
Upstate Family Health Center, Inc. accepts Medicaid, Managed Medicaid,
(Fidelis, Blue Options, United Health Care), Child & Family Plus Plans, Medicare, and most private insurance companies. We also offer a sliding fee scale based on eligibility.
