We also offer a Community Discount sliding fee scale based on eligibility. Our staff will assist you in finding the best method of payment to suit your needs. Our goal is to ensure that the ability to pay does not hinder you from accessing the care you need. Our office accepts all forms of payment including cash, check, debit and credit card.
