Upstate Family Health Center, Inc. is a licensed facility offering primary care services to individuals of all ages at various locations throughout the Mohawk Valley. The experienced and dedicated staff provide the highest level of care, while ensuring that the patient's needs come first.
This health center receives HHS funding and has Federal PHS deemed status with respect to certain health or health-related claims, including medical malpractice claims, for itself and its covered individuals.
